Notice of Use
If you are filing a "notice of intent" form (or other related forms) under EPA's stormwater program (multi-sector industrial or construction general permits) and have questions, please use the form below. You can use this form to get more information about completing the forms or to inquire about the status of your submission.
If your browser does not support forms, you can e-mail your question to us at noi@avanticorporation.com or call (866) 352-7755. EPA's electronic Notice of Intent (eNOI) System is now available. You can use this system to submit your NOI on-line. Use this form only if EPA is the permitting authority (Alaska, Idaho, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Washington DC). Most states are authorized to implement the stormwater program.
