Abstract

In this paper, quantitative risk methods are extended to analyses of risks associated with the induction of heritable translocations in the human germline. thylene oxide was used in this analysis. his risk analysis is viewed as defining key types of data needed to quantify genetic risk, the biological considerations that go into such an analysis, and the inferences that must be drawn from mouse dose-response data when making predictions about human germ-cell risk.
